- what's this scholarship all about?
what's this scholarship all about?
and how you can apply
Good afternoon from Indonesia - it’s Friday today, so happy weekend to you all.
In the previous emails I’ve talked about making a scholarship. And we had two kinds of responses:
Let me help! I want to contribute to parents who can’t afford therapy!
WHERE IS THE SCHOLARSHIP GIMME NOW! HELP MEEEE
Obviously I love the first response 😅. And so I owe it to you to flesh out what my idea is:
We want to make a running fund from parents all around the world.
This is only for people who can comfortably afford this extra expense.
If you are financially tight, don’t contribute. You can spread the word with sweat capital.
I’m thinking to price it at 29USD per month. Less than a dollar a day.
This is not a donation - you will get extra services from us.
However, the money collected will be translated 100% into scholarships. This is for us to pay our coaches and operating expenses.
And the running fund will be publicly stated in a member’s only area.
We’ll tell you how many ‘credits’ are available for scholarship.
Parents can then apply for these scholarships for our group coaching programs.
Our team will decide who to pick. There will be interviews and tests for parents who are applying for scholarship.
The parents who got the scholarship needs to agree to share their progress with people who are inside the fund.
So - as we were asking before. We’re planning on perks for people who are willing to shell out $29 US a month. Around 3 Spotify premiums worth 😆.
If you haven’t, please vote below for what you’d like get for that money you’re paying.
And lastly, when the scholarship parents finish a coaching program. We’ll do interviews and make a video for everyone to learn about their journey.
Hopefully it’ll raise awareness. This is the next RIGHT THING that we’re planning on.
Leave any questions as a email reply. And I’ll also make a post in our community today asking for ideas from you.
Thanks!
Ming
